HOLLYWOOD – Katie Holmes silenced speculation she is pregnant with her second child by showing off her svelte figure in a racy swimsuit on the French Riviera yesterday.

Tom Cruise’s third wife was reported to be in the early stages of pregnancy after she appeared to be sporting a rounded stomach as she left a Madrid, Spain, restaurant after dining with celebrity pals David and Victoria Beckham on Sunday.

The couple, who wed last November, already has a 14-month-old daughter, Suri, while Cruise has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, from his second marriage, to Nicole Kidman.

Following the pregnancy reports yesterday, Holmes flashed her slim-line figure to onlooking paparazzi as she played with Suri in the sea at the Cap D’Antibes beach resort.

The couple’s spokesperson says, “They are not expecting their second child.”

HOLLYWOOD – Paris Hilton is close to being administered an IV drip by prison doctors worried she’s not eating enough–according to media reports.

The socialite is currently serving time at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California, for a parole violation.

During her time behind bars her weight has decreased dramatically, according to British newspaper The Sun.

An insider at the jail tells the newspaper, “Staff became worried as she seems to be very thin with her bones poking out. She was also very weak and lethargic.

“They threatened to put her on an intravenous drip to rehydrate her and give her some nourishment unless she started eating. She has since managed to get a little food down, but doctors are closely monitoring her.”

Kathy Hilton admits her daughter continues to struggle behind bars.

She says, “She’s never been alone… This is, as she calls it, a real time out.”

Paris is expected to be released for good behavior on June 25.
